Expedited (Faster) UPS Shipping : Please call for availability & rates. Heavy Orders: Extra shipping will be charged for large, heavy orders such as Tea Lattes, Gallons of Oils, Massage Creams, and Large Cereal Orders. If you want you may call ahead and find out shipping rates. If we don’t hear from you we assume it is ok for us to adjust the shipping rates ourselves. International Orders: All International WEB orders will have shipping added when shipped. We CANNOT give you a shipping quote for International WEB orders automatically - contact us by phone, fax, or email, letting us know the products you wish to buy & we'll get back to you with approximate shipping costs. Orders from abroad may have additional shipping fees depending on the country & method of shipping. You can also order by either calling us at 505-747-2860 (retail) and 505-753-5351 (wholesale). That way we can give you more information, shipping costs, and better service in order to get a package out to you in the most efficient way. Orders in general are being shipped either via UPS Global Priority (1-2 weeks - most expensive, but best guarantee) International Priority Mail (2-4 Weeks - NOT a Guarantee for Delivery - sometimes insured) or “Snail Mail” (1-3 months! - with no guarantee for Delivery). Orders will be charged actual postal costs, insurance when available, and a 4% Handling Charge. Please be aware that the Postal Service will not insure packages to some countries (examples are Mexico and India). Please be aware that this might be the case for your country and therefore Ancient Healing Ways will not be held liable for shipments that get lost if you insist on us sending it through the Post Office. To prevent this we can send out packages through UPS Global Priority, this is insured, and also much more expensive. Return Policies: If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 30 days of Invoice Date. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. We do not accept open Cereal or Tea boxes back. This also goes for oils. If you would like to receive something else instead, we can send this out if your claim reaches us within 30 days. If the Sales Rep entered the wrong item, re-shipping will be free of charge. If you decide after receiving a product, that you would like it to be replaced by something else, we do charge you shipping. We also charge return shipping fees, unless it is our mistake.
