Heavy Orders: Extra shipping will be charged for large, heavy orders such as Tea Lattes, Gallons of Oils, Massage Creams, and Large Cereal Orders. International Orders: SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: This website cannot determine international shipping costs. The shipping cost is added to the order once the warehouse is able to process it. International shipping is much more expensive than domestic, so if shipping cost is a concern for you, please indicate in the "notes" field when you're finalizing your order if you'd prefer to have a shipping quote prior to us charging your card. International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Orders will be charged actual postal costs, insurance when available, and a 4% Handling Charge, and that's it, we do not add anything to the shipping cost. Please be aware that the Postal Service will not insure packages to some countries (examples are Mexico and India). Please be aware that this might be the case for your country and therefore Ancient Healing Ways will not be held liable for shipments that get lost. To prevent this we can send out packages through UPS Global Priority at your request; this is insured, and also much more expensive. Return Policies: If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 30 days of Invoice Date. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. We do not accept open products - Tea, Cereal, Herbs, CD's, etc. If you would like to receive something else instead, we can send this out if your claim reaches us within 30 days. If the Sales Rep entered the wrong item, re-shipping will be free of charge. If you decide after receiving a product, that you would like it to be replaced by something else, we do charge you shipping. We also charge return shipping fees, unless it is our mistake.
